The number of dead and wounded in the Russian army rose to about 1,378,950 individuals
The Ukrainian army announced, today, Monday, that the number of Russian military deaths and injuries since the beginning of the war on Ukrainian territory on February 24, 2022, has risen to about one million and 378 thousand and 950 individuals, including 1,330 who were killed or injured during the past twenty-four hours.
This came according to a statement published by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on its page on the social networking site “Facebook”, and reported by the Ukrainian National News Agency (Ukrainform), today, Monday.
According to the statement, since the beginning of the war, Ukrainian forces have destroyed 11,997 tanks, 24,705 armored combat vehicles, 43,564 artillery systems, 1,847 multiple-launch rocket launcher systems, and 1,409 air defense systems.
The statement added that 436 warplanes, 353 helicopters, 336,224 drones, 4,733 cruise missiles, 33 warships, two submarines, 104,414 vehicles and fuel tanks, and 4,259 special equipment units were also destroyed.
