LUANDA: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President João Manuel Lourenço of the Republic of Angola, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.
The message was delivered by Ambassador Ali bin Said bin Omar al Kathiri, Head of the Sultanate of Oman’s Mission to the Republic of South Africa, when he was received by the President of Angola at the Presidential Palace in Luanda, on Friday.
The ambassador conveyed the greetings and best wishes of His Majesty to the President of Angola along with his wishes to him of continued health and happiness and further progress and prosperity for the friendly people of the Republic of Angola.
President Joao Manuel Lourenço, of the Republic of Angola, asked the ambassador to convey his greetings and appreciation to His Majesty along with his good wishes for His Majesty and the Omani people for continued progress and prosperity, praising the constructive role played by the Sultanate of Oman in supporting dialogue and world peace.
