Today, the Capital Directorate of Religious Affairs ordered the opening of the doors of mosques and Quranic schools for baccalaureate exam candidates, according to a correspondence dated today.
The document called for opening the doors of mosques, women’s prayer rooms, and Quranic schools located near the exam centers for our dear students during the exam period for rest and review.
The Directorate urged imams and women religious guides to supervise the process and accompany the students morally to help them focus and pass the exam in the best conditions, and to provide, within the limits possible, some meals and drinks during this period, while “providing us with immediate statistics and a detailed report on the progress of the process immediately upon the end of the period.”
The authority took the initiative to “activate the role of the mosque in accompanying society in various aspects of life, and coinciding with the days when our children pass their baccalaureate exams.”
