Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted through a post on social networks regarding the protest against the project in Zvërnec, stating that Albania will move forward with its projects despite the opposition.
In a message published on Facebook, Rama described his post as an “unusual video postcard from Albania and the Albanians”, while emphasizing that the government will continue the implementation of the program for which, according to him, it received the mandate from the citizens.
Rama’s reaction on Facebook:
‘GOOD MORNING
and with the apology for this unusual video card from “Albania of the Albanians”, and assuring everyone that Albania will be made according to the contract that we concluded for the fourth time last May with 83 votes, regardless of what these Albanians say and what they want, who know Albania as a pawn of their blindness and patriotism as a platform to curse Albania’s traitors and imaginary enemies with a home book, I wish you a good day with a special hug for those of mine who are still hostage to a protest that has lost any real reason for its launch’, wrote Rama.
Rama’s statement comes at a time when the debate on the project in Zvërnec and the objections of residents and activists continues to remain in the center of public attention.
