According to the online economy reporter, based on the performance report of the operating banks registered in the system of housing support projects of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, since the beginning of the imposed war of Ramadan until now (the period of March 9, 1404 to June 9, 1405), the country’s banking network has paid a total of 15,390 billion Tomans in the form of national housing construction facilities to projects under construction across the country.
Also, during the mentioned period, 17,533 billion Tomans have been injected into the projects from the places brought by the applicants.
In total, in the last three months (from the beginning of the Ramadan war until now), credit equivalent to 32 thousand and 923 billion tomans has been allocated to these projects from bank facilities and brought by applicants.
The government is currently committed to building 858,000 national housing units, of which about 90,500 units have been completed and handed over to applicants. From the beginning of the National Housing Plan in 2018 to the beginning of the 14th government (September 1, 1403), 21,309 of these units were delivered to applicants. Since the beginning of the 14th government, 69 thousand 190 units have been delivered to the applicants.
More than 66,800 units of this project are ready to be opened and according to the officials of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the opening of these units will start from this month (June) and the units will be handed over to the applicants.
The statistics of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development support projects system show that since the beginning of the Ramadan War (the period of March 9, 1404 to June 9, 1405), a total of 5136 units have been completed.
