Weather conditions in the Kingdom of Cambodia for April 14 to 16, 2026.
The fourth storm, Sinlaku T2604, is affecting the northeast monsoon regime that blows over the South China Sea, the Mekong River Basin, the Cambodian Sea, and the Kingdom of Cambodia. The path of the storm will not have a significant impact on the Kingdom of Cambodia. This situation will cause the weather conditions from April 14 to 16, 2026:
1- Plains:
– Average minimum temperature of 24°C and average maximum temperature of 37°C. Winds from the east and southeast will have an average speed of 2 meters per second. The provinces of Banteay Meanchey, Pursat, Battambang, Siem Reap, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Takeo, Tbong Khmum, Svay Rieng, Prey Veng, Kandal, and Phnom Penh will not have any rain.
2- Plateau:
– Average minimum temperature 25°C and average maximum temperature 36°C. Winds from the northeast and east with an average speed of 3 meters/second. Mondulkiri and Ratanakiri provinces may experience rain with gusty winds and thunderstorms covering 10% of the area. Oddar Meanchey, Pailin, Kampong Speu, Kratie, Stung Treng, Preah Vihear, Dangrek Mountain Range and Cardamom Mountain Range will not experience any rain.
3- Coastal areas:
– Average minimum temperature 24°C and average maximum temperature 36°C. Winds from the southwest and southeast with an average speed of 2 meters/second. Koh Kong, Sihanoukville, Kampot, Kep and Bokor Mountain Range will not experience any rain.
– Sea waves with an average minimum height of 0.50 meters and an average maximum height of 1.00 meters.
