In the 19th citizen’s protest in Tirana, where the protesters demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the departure of the government, the activist Edison Lika also mentioned the former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, who was charged by SPAK for several criminal offenses.
“We will also make that call for that former deputy prime minister whose name we have heard has come up again to appear there at the doors with bars: Rama in prison, Belinda in prison”he said.
Further, the activist continued with accusations against Balluk, stating that 300 apartments were not enough for her, as it resulted from the investigations, but she also has villas in the south of the country.
“It seems that 300 apartments were not enough for the lady in question. We got information again that there are also villas in the south”, he said, while adding that based on the other investigations against Balluk, she “will end up with a room in Pogradec prison.”
Activist Edison Lika: We will also make that call for that former deputy prime minister whose name has been mentioned again to appear there at the doors with bars: Rama in prison, Belinda in prison. It seems that 300 apartments were not enough for the lady in question. We got information again that there are also villas in the south, but it seems, the way it is going, from the villas in the south and the apartments in Tirana, it will end up with a room in the Pogradec prison.
A message for justice, Albanians are no longer satisfied with imprisoning politicians, if assets are not confiscated and returned to the people, imprisonment is not enough. Do you know why it is not enough, you saw Peqin prison as it was, like a 5-star hotel.
