    140 exhibitors presented themselves

140 exhibitors from the country and the region presented themselves on five thousand square meters of exhibition space.

According to the number of exhibitors and modern technologies, this fair is characterized as very important for businessmen and farmers, said the company “RS consulting & trade doo Banjaluka”, which together with the City of Gradiška, and with the support of the institutions of the Republic of Srpska, organized the fair.

    An important regional event

The mayor of Gradiška, Zoran Adžić, said that the fourth International Fair in Gradiška is an important regional event, where the good practice of cooperation between the economic sector and city and educational institutions is presented.

“The fair is an opportunity for the town’s businessmen, farmers and other local exhibitors to present their products and services, and to establish business contacts with exhibitors from other cities in the region,” said Adžić and thanked the institutions of the Republic of Srpska for their support, which helped organize this important event.

“Gradiška is an ideal area for investing and opening new production facilities,” stressed Adžić. He thanked the city’s businessmen who, in very difficult conditions, are developing, hiring and increasing business balances. The result is 100 percent coverage of imports by exports.

KM 102 million in subsidies to farmers

Anđelka Kuzmic, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management emphasized in Gradiška that the International Fair, due to the number of exhibitors and the modern technologies presented, is very important for businessmen and farmers and an indicator that the Republic of Srpska has significant experience and modern production capabilities, in accordance with European and world standards.

In the last three years, the relevant Ministry invested KM 102 million in subsidies to farmers from the Gradiška area.

    Favorable first experiences

The company “Pro-Con MB”, based in nearby Laminci, is at the town fair for the first time. It is engaged in the production and distribution of equipment for rough construction works, such as scaffolding, formwork, supports, fences for construction sites…

“We exhibited our production program at the fair in Gradiška, which aroused great interest. We are satisfied with the three-day fair presentation. We have established contacts and cooperation with businessmen from Gradiška and the region. We are looking forward to the start of cooperation with future partners. The construction season has just started, so the time of holding the fair is timely,” says Miroslav Zorić, director of the company “Pro-Con MB”.
