Maulvi Zabihullah Mujahid wrote on his “X” social network today: “We strongly reject the repeated accusations of insecurity in Afghanistan by the Pakistani authorities. Unfortunately, the military circle and other security agencies in Pakistan, when they are unable to strengthen security in their country, they blame Afghanistan for the events in order to get rid of their nation’s past.”
Mujahid added: “Firstly, it is not in Afghanistan’s interest if we create insecurity in Pakistan or support insecurity. Second, we do not have the means to create insecurity in other countries or to finance it. Thirdly, the insecurity of the neighboring country ends up being detrimental to the region and Afghanistan. An insecure Pakistan is to our detriment economically, socially and humanly.”
The spokesman of the Islamic Emirate explained that
Pakistani authorities instead of focusing on their security responsibilities; It wrongly blames Afghanistan and in response spends on projects to make Afghanistan insecure, which is to abdicate the main and basic responsibility, destabilize the region and waste economic resources on useless efforts.
Mr. Mujahid added that this wrong position has made their security forces neglect and deviate from their responsibilities.
