The National Bureau of Meteorology warned, in a bulletin about the weather forecast for Saturday, of thundery rain falling across several states starting from Saturday evening until tomorrow morning, Sunday.
The bulletin, which carried a level one alert, reported that thunderstorms would affect the states of: Oum El Bouaghi, Tebessa, In Saleh, Batna, Setif, Djelfa, Constantine, Menia, El Bayadh, El Mughair, Khenchela, Ain Defla, Medea, Biskra, Adrar, Saida, Bouira and Ouled Jalal.
Nachariya itself was also looted due to heavy rains across the states of: Sidi Bel Abbes, Ouargla, Tissemsilt, Timimoun, Laghouat, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Ghardaia, Touggourt, Beni Abbes, M’Sila, Bordj Badji Mokhtar, Tiaret, Mila and Tamanrasset.
The newsletter is valid from six in the evening until six in the morning tomorrow, Sunday.
