Member of the National Council (NR) of the Slovak Republic Jana Bittó Cigániková (SaS) does not know whether she will also be expelled from the parliamentary club if she is expelled from the party. However, he assumes that if she is not good enough for the side, she will not be good enough for the club. She stated this for journalists in the parliament at Thursday’s SaS Republican Council, where the proposal for her expulsion is to be discussed.

“It’s probably logical that if they expel me from the party because I’m not good enough anymore, I probably won’t be good enough for the club either. We’ll see what happens,” she said.
Gypsy the current situation is regrettable. “One is sorry that the party has changed, that it no longer has a home, that everything is suddenly different,” she commented. He thinks that the proposal for her expulsion was submitted by a rank-and-file member of the party. “It will definitely not be the case that the chairman, because these are very heavy political costs, so the chairman will not take it upon himself. Surely someone else will do it, but guaranteed after agreement with the chairman. And they already know how the result will turn out,” she said, adding that it is not a criticism and that’s how it works in politics.
At the same time, she pointed out that several people expressed their support for her. She explained that former SaS leader Richard Sulík is trying to support her. She confirmed that Boris Kollár, the head of the non-parliamentary party We are a family, also called her and expressed his support. She also said that she is not yet discussing any cooperation with him, but welcomes that he has publicly said that he is interested.
On Thursday, the SaS Republican Council is to discuss the proposal to expel member Jana Bittó Cigániková. The proposal is justified by long-term damage to the good name of the party. Bittó Ciganiková thinks that they want to exclude her from the party for criticizing leader Branislav Gröhling.
