KUWAIT CITY, June 14: Two people were killed in a vehicle rollover and fire incident that occurred in the Subhan area at dawn on Sunday, according to firefighting authorities.
The Subhan Fire Center responded to reports of a vehicle that had overturned and collided with several stationary buses. The impact sparked a fire in the vehicle, with flames quickly spreading to the nearby buses, causing multiple vehicles to catch fire.
Firefighting teams immediately launched operations to contain and extinguish the blaze, preventing it from spreading further. The firefighters managed to bring the fire under control and secure the area.
Authorities confirmed that the incident resulted in the deaths of two people. No additional injuries were reported.
Following the completion of firefighting and safety operations, the scene was handed over to the competent authorities, which have launched the necessary investigations to determine the circumstances and cause of the accident.
