The Third Urban Security Services of Bouira State Security seized 30 kilograms of grilled chicken unfit for human consumption.
According to a statement by the same authorities, the operation came after a field trip by police officers, accompanied by the veterinarian of the agricultural services, where food stores specializing in grills were monitored. It was discovered that there was a quantity of chicken fried in an electric grill that had been prepared the previous day. The veterinarian confirmed that it was not fit for human consumption. A quantity of fried chicken weighing approximately 20 kg was also found in a second store, which was stored inside the refrigerator and was emitting foul odors. The veterinarian confirmed that it was not fit for human consumption. The quantity was destroyed and judicial measures were taken against the violators.
