For years, Leandro de Souza was recognized worldwide for having covered 95% of his body with tattoos, a decision that led him to be considered the most tattooed man in Brazil.
However, today his name is in the news again for a completely opposite reason: a drastic process of physical and spiritual transformation that has left thousands of followers surprised, after eliminating more than 170 facial and body designs.

However, beyond his physical transformation, the Brazilian has made it clear that he has turned his discipline towards academic training, pursuing higher studies in Theology and Missiology after receiving a scholarship for his commitment to redemption.

The reason behind the transformation
According to what Leandro revealed in some interviews, this process, which began in 2023, has been possible thanks to the support of specialist Franco Da Rocha, who, moved by his testimony, decided to lead the free laser removal sessions.
The man has also explained that part of his motivation came at the moment when He felt like “a circus animal.”since some designs were inspired by their favorite youth bands.

“I decided to change because I found something bigger than myself. Now I preach and seek to transmit hope”he confessed to the Brazilian media G1, where he highlighted that, as the treatment progresses, he has managed to find himself again.
For Leandro, leaving behind the obsession with modifying his body was the necessary step to return to his obligations and prioritize his faith in evangelical Christianity over aesthetics.
