The former Socialist Deputy Minister of Finance, Irena Beqiraj, while commenting on the mass protests of citizens, says that “despair is a consequence of bad governance”.
Through a post on social networks, she described the protests as a direct civic expression and as a transformation of frustration and pain into a public act.
Beqiraj says that the protests, which according to her have been labeled as “headless, nameless and numberless”, have shown that citizens are far from apathetic and are exercising their civic duty.
“They were caught unprepared, because this protest is different. In the squares, there are those who dare to speak loudly, there are those who do not need to be protagonists, there are those who do not act driven by the ambition to be visible on the front line, but who patiently wait for their turn to speak. They are the ones who decided to become loud at the very moment when hopes were fading and silence imposed submission,” he writes among other things. kiss

The protest that turned disappointment and pain into a truly public act!
The protest without a head, without a name, without a number, organized according to them, by Greek, Serbian, Iranian, Sorosian “poli-agents”, has scared them.
They are very scared, because after a long time of apathy, we have decided to do our civic duty.
They are in great pain, because trying for their political power, they have learned to divide us, to treat us as unconscious, to induce a deliberate hatred towards each other, so that we never deal with them.
They are left without the usual strategy with which they usually oppress us because in the squares, in Tirana, Vlora, Korça, everywhere, people have gathered who are showing that despair is not a state of mind in this country, but a consequence of bad governance and the lack of a political alternative.
They were caught unprepared, because this protest is different. In the squares, there are those who dare to speak loudly, there are those who do not need protagonism, there are those who do not act driven by the ambition to be visible in the front line, but who patiently wait their turn to speak. They are the ones who decided to become loud at the exact moment when hopes were fading and silence imposed submission.
Therefore, in those squares, every word matters, every public comment. The greatest achievement of this protest is precisely – the transformation of pain into a truly public, civic and civil act.
The public act that is happening in the squares of this country has invalidated the rotten political will, so they are spending money, they are using every diabolical mind without a backbone to fly like a headless fly to the televisions, to prevent us from seeing the truth.
They are searching with candles on the ground and in the sky, left and right, outside and inside the organizer because they are used to gathering around the individual, around personal interests, to find the spoon and the plot, because they have never been able to see the world beyond their narrow interests….
They are in trouble because the people who love these lands are an electorate that cannot be argued with. The militants are not sick. They are the ones who know very well that we owe the inherited land to our children.
They count, they label, they are looking for failure at all costs because in the square is the mind, the soul of the vast majority that is against them.
They have finally understood that we are not godless, to gather around each other, around the future of our children.
