    Expressiveness

As the curtain officially closes on the current school year, the Ministry of National Education is rushing time to adjust the latest administrative and pedagogical arrangements, in parallel with drawing the features of the “road map” for the next school entry.
In this regard, directors of educational institutions are obligated to implement a package of crucial organizational decisions on the ground, as well as settle outstanding work, in overtime, otherwise their departure date for the summer vacation will be delayed.
Among the most important tasks that must be accomplished a few days before signing the exit notices is complete supervision of the training processes for the benefit of new professors and setting precise hypotheses for the schedule for returning to school and work, as the plea was made, for administrative entry to be on August 23, with the resumption of studies within the second week of next September, in the event that no developments occur and no obstacles arise that require postponement or postponement.

July 23 to sign the administrative cadre’s exit notices
In detail, Al-Shorouk sources pointed out that, according to the approved timetable, the date for signing exit records for employees of the administrative corps at various ranks and educational institutions has been officially set on July 23 of this month.
This procedure is the last step that announces the actual start of the summer vacation for this corps, after a full year of ensuring administrative and financial organization and creating conditions to enable teachers and students to finish their academic season in the best conditions.

Suspension of directors’ and training holidays continues until July 30
Our sources added that the guardian ministry has set a strict condition for taking advantage of the summer vacation for principals of educational institutions (primary, middle, and secondary), as it was decided to suspend the signing of exit reports and go on vacation for any principal who has not completed all the administrative, pedagogical, and financial work assigned to him.
Therefore, they will not be allowed to leave their positions, except after clearing all outstanding files, submitting final reports, and ensuring the readiness of the structures for the next academic season 2026/2027.
In order to raise the professional competence of the supervisors, the competent guardianship services continue to activate their training plans, as it was decided to continue the training activity until July 30 of the current year for the benefit of a large group of new professors integrated under a presidential order for the year 2025, our sources explain.
Accordingly, this intensive training includes several administrative and pedagogical categories to ensure keeping pace with digital developments and modern methodology adopted by the sector.

Assumptions for school entry and return begin on August 23
As for the features of the new school season, the same sources highlighted that the Ministry has set the basic assumptions for the upcoming school entry calendar, which will be carried out gradually and thoughtfully to ensure a smooth resumption of educational activity.
As such, the Pedagogical Inspection Corps has developed a solid plan for entry, as the date of August 23 has been proposed for administrative entry and the resumption of work for employees of the central and local administration and educational institutions to prepare structures and receive files.
A week after the administrative team resumes work, that is, the end of August or the beginning of September, the teaching staff and professors will return to their work positions by signing entry minutes, receiving pedagogical directions, and distributing timetables, provided that after the second week of September, students will return to their seats for the actual start of lessons.
These proactive measures come from the Ministry of National Education to ensure the end of the current school year in complete discipline, and to prepare a solid ground for a successful and stable school entry that guarantees the interest of the student and the teacher alike.
