The two little children who lost their lives in yesterday’s tragic accident in Durrës, are being escorted to their last home.

Heartbroken family members, relatives, peers and many citizens are saying their last goodbyes to Enea Muçaj, 12 years old, and Klersi Nikolli, 10 years old.
With flowers and wreaths in their hands, family members tearfully follow the funeral car.
How did the serious event happen?
The serious accident occurred at noon on May 3 in the area of the former swamp in Durrës, where Nikol Radaçi, while driving the “Mercedes-Benz ML” vehicle at high speed, he hit the three children aged 8, 10 and 12, who were on the sidewalk.
Two of them, the 10- and 12-year-old, died at the scene, while the 8-year-old was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Radac was drunk at the time of the accident.
After the accident, the driver of the vehicle left the scene, claiming that he was afraid of the reaction of the citizens.
Meanwhile, the alcohol tests revealed that the 57-year-old was driving the vehicle in a drunken state, with a level of 0.73 mg/l.
This is not the first time that the 57-year-old drove drunk and at speed. He has previously had his license suspended twice in 2020 and 2022.
