The Investigative Unit of EL TIEMPO has been revealing the contracts that the young woman had with the government of Gustavo Petro Deicy Alejandra Jiménez Ramírez, who according to her testimony in Semana magazine, obtained them as a form of payment in exchange for sexual favors to the then president.
The contracts, which are already in the hands of the Prosecutor’s Office and the Attorney General’s Office, were with entities such as Supervigilance, Daprethe Senate of the Republic and the Ministry of the Interior. In this last entity, the woman had two contracts and a former senior official appears as their supervisor, whose role is already being traced.

In effect, the Investigative Unit of EL TIEMPO established that, during the time of Armando Benedetti as Minister of the Interior, the young woman obtained a sum of 41 million pesos in both contracts.
The first was signed, on August 29, 2025, for 11 million pesos.
According to its purpose, they hired it to provide management support services in the Subdirectorate of Projects for Security and Citizen Coexistence. The contract had a deadline for execution until December 31, 2025 and was delivered under the direct contract modality.
And on January 21 of this year, he signed another contract with the Ministry of the Interior, with the same objective, for 30 million pesos and with an execution deadline until December 31.
This newspaper found that in both contracts Tito appears as a supervisor Lovo Carretero, former director (e) of Security, Citizen Coexistence and Government of the entity.

In fact, the former official appears signing a document justifying the hiring of the young woman, arguing a lack of personnel.
“Once the insufficiency of personnel to meet the objectives has been reviewed and confirmed, there is a need to hire management support personnel to provide their services by supporting the consolidation of reports. that are required for the monitoring of projects financed and/or co-financed with resources from the National Fund for Citizen Security and Coexistence,” the document reads.
EL TIEMPO contacted Lovo Carretero, who began by confirming the contracts of the young Jiménez: “The Contractor had 2 contracts in the Subdirectorate, in which I was a supervisor, one in 2025, No. 1826 of 2025, monthly value $2,534,395, were 4.5 months and another in 2026, monthly value $2,648,443, 11.5 months.”

And he added: “She was hired as management support, fulfilling the required profile. Now, with respect to the hiring of professionals and/or people to support management, it is justified by insufficient staff personnel to fulfill all the functions of the Subdirectorate. It is important to note that the Subdirectorate has few regular staff, between six to seven officials, which makes it necessary to hire more than one hundred people through service provision contracts (OPS) between professionals and management support to strengthen the missionary activities of the subdirectorate.”
And as to whether the woman was recommended to the entity, he assured: “I do not have specific knowledge, the linking of contractors is a decision of senior management and that is where it is decided why they are linked.”
In any case, it is expected that Deicy Jiménez will be summoned before the Prosecutor’s Office to give a formal testimony and provide evidence regarding the allegations.
