7. According to the payment limit of the internet portal approved by the central bank, tickets are allocated to buyers only after the full settlement of the account based on the schedule listed in the ticket sales system panel.
8. The Football Federation is solely responsible for the sale of tickets received as FIFA quota in these matches and has no responsibility for the manner and process of the buyers’ participation in the World Cup, including the issuance of visas, flight tickets and accommodation in the host countries, etc.
9. Sold tickets cannot be refunded for any reason.
