The Government plans to provide a minimum of 440,000 euros per year in the future natural park national of Canillo and Ordino valleysby reason of 50 euros per hectare. The management will be articulated through a Governing Board of eight members, three representatives of each common and two of the Governmenta shared direction, an advisory body and a technical secretariat. The territory will be divided into four categories: moderate use, restricted use, reservation and special use. The reserve areas will have the minimum possible human intervention, while the special use areas will concentrate the equipment. Once the law is approved, the foundation and the governing bodies will have to be established, and the master plan it must be completed within a maximum period of one year. This document will specify the uses, the restrictions and the penalty regime.

The project seeks to conserve ecosystems, flora and fauna, protect the landscape and preserve traditional uses. The livestock, agriculture, hunting and fishing can continue as long as they are compatible with the protection of each space. On the other hand, new infrastructures that could irreversibly alter the territory will be excluded, such as new ski areas, infrastructures such as roads, cable cars or tourist facilities, which will be prohibited in areas where they are not compatible with conservation. The financial model will include a public foundation with an initial endowment of 100,000 euros contributed in full by the Government.
