Lawyer Skënder Musa, invited to Pressing in T7, commented on the decision of the president Justina Shiroka Pula, who at the request of the PDK decided to return the Law on the Special to the Assembly of Kosovo.
He said; “As far as I understand, the law has become more lenient…”
“The first point was problematic, serving the sentence in Kosovo, the most difficult point was implemented… The second point was the competences of the Constitutional Court…”, explained lawyer Musa.
“I don’t expect the law to become stronger”, repeated Musa.
Until the action of the president said; “The law can be returned if it is against the interests of Kosovo and not with a sponsored proposal, I think it was not acted in accordance with the Constitution”.
According to him, “the president wants to work with her teams, not to approve requests…”.
