The Kosovo Police integrates the system of fines in e-Kosova, citizens are also notified through SMS

The Kosovo Police informs the citizens that the integration between the Information System of the Kosovo Police (SIPK) and the state platform e-Kosova has been operationalized, enabling easier and more detailed access to information related to traffic fines and measures.
Through this new service, citizens can benefit from two main functions:
“Citizens are notified through the e-Kosova platform and electronic message (SMS), as soon as the fine is registered in the system.
Through the e-Kosova platform, citizens are notified of fines and protective measures, while business owners can see their respective status report on fines, which is presented directly on e-Kosova. The report includes information related to unpaid fines, protective measures for natural persons, including the confiscation or cancellation of driver’s licenses, as well as negative points, according to the data recorded in the system,” the announcement states.
The Kosovo Police assesses that this development contributes to improving citizens’ access to information, increasing transparency and facilitating communication between institutions and the public.
Citizens are invited to use the e-Kosova platform to receive notifications about traffic fines and measures.
