Described as the biggest economic affair, with the blessing of some second-level banks and bailiffs, the microloans file ends up in court. Prosecutor Edvin Kondili has finalized the investigations and demands the trial of the suspects as a criminal group for fraud, forgery and fraud with serious economic consequences, committed more than once.
The suspects are individuals and commercial companies, from whom nearly 10 million euros were seized earlier.
