A well-known retail chain in Croatia rewarded its employees for their efforts and results, and made a decision that every Sunday is working until the end of the summer.
According to Kaufland, the workers were paid a net reward of 100 to 500 euros, depending on their engagement. It is a bonus that is paid out twice a year.
“Effort and results deserve more than applause. We pay our employees twice a year awards in the amount of 100 to 500 eVra, depending on the workplace and engagement,” the retail chain points out.
As they stated, they have special news for all customers, and it is related to the operation of all Kaufland shopping centers on Sundays.
“In order to make it as easy as possible for you to plan summer get-togethers and family lunches, all Kaufland stores will be open every Sunday until the end of the summer,” says Kaufland.
By the way, the calendar summer starts today and ends on September 23, reports the portal Danica.
Last business year, Kaulfand achieved 881 million euros in revenue with a growth of 10 percent. The net profit was 32 million euros and was 60 percent higher. About 2,400 people work in the company, which is about 100 more, and the average net salary was close to 1,900 euros (250 euros more).
