Against the backdrop of the vast blue of the Mediterranean and the most enchanting sunsets of Limassol, the rooftop of AMARA becomes the point where elegance meets the modern art of the cocktail.
From May 28, a new international collaboration brings air from the glamorous scene of Dubai to Cyprus. BEELEAF Bar Consultancy, internationally renowned mixologist Jimmy Barrat and Lost + Found with Dino Konstantinidis sign a brand new high aesthetic menu — a collection of creations that balance between innovation, Mediterranean freshness and cosmopolitan character.
Every cocktail tells a story
Fine spirits, unexpected combinations and modern techniques create an experience that goes beyond taste and becomes a sensation. At the same time, AMARA’s culinary team presents a new tapas menu inspired by Cyprus, designed to ideally accompany the bar’s signature creations. Live DJ sets, atmospheric energy from Paraguayan maestro harpist Victor Espinola and an audience that knows how to enjoy summer nights compose the ultimate setting for evenings above the sea.
