Latvia will enjoy summer weather on Saturday, the Latvian Center for Environment, Geology and Meteorology predicts.
On Saturday night, there will be very few clouds in the sky, rain is not expected either. The fog will thicken in places in the east of the country during the night and in the morning due to slow winds. The air will cool down to +2, +7 degrees.
Also in Riga, the night will be dry and with a small amount of clouds. A slow wind will blow, but the air will cool down to +5, +7 degrees.
Saturday will be sunny and dry with light to moderate west, south-westerly winds. In most parts of the country, the air will warm up to +18, +23 degrees, only on the coast, where the wind will blow from the water side, the day will be a little cooler.
In Riga, Saturday will pass with clear and dry weather. The thermometer will rise up to +21, +23 degrees.
In the middle of the day, the intensity of ultraviolet radiation will reach a moderately high level.
