The Governor of the Medina region, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, in the presence of his deputy, Prince Saud bin Nahar, confirmed during his meeting with a number of officials from the region, both civilians and military, that the success of the Hajj season was achieved thanks to God and then with the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince, as the support contributed to the integration of the efforts of the various parties involved in serving the guests of God, praising the high levels of coordination and integration achieved between the various sectors working within the Hajj system.
He pointed out that the harmonious institutional work between all parties, under the umbrella of the Supreme Hajj Committee headed by the Minister of Interior, contributed to providing quality services to the guests of God, and embodied the care and attention the leadership attaches to serving pilgrims and visitors. He stressed that the upcoming Hajj seasons will witness further development and success.
On the other hand, the Emir of the city, while chairing the meeting of the permanent security committee in the region yesterday, and in the presence of his deputy, appreciated the great efforts made by the various security sectors in serving the pilgrims, and stressed the importance of continuing to work at the same pace in the post-Hajj phase, and enhancing coordination and integration between the concerned authorities to ensure the provision of integrated services to the guests of God during their stay in Medina, and enabling them to perform their worship and visit the Prophet’s Mosque with ease and reassurance.
