The man must serve a residual sentence of 4 years and 8 months
RIMINI – Yesterday, Flying Squad personnel executed the detention order issued by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Rimini against an Italian individual.
The man will have to serve the remaining period of 4 years and 8 months of imprisonment, relating to the conviction of various crimes, including aggravated robberies, family abuse and escape, committed between 2020 and 2023 in Rimini. The subject was hospitalized and constantly monitored by the Flying Squad operators who, following the resignation and the drafting of the formal documents, took the man to the local prison.
