Today, the parliamentary representative, Ezz El-Din Zahhouf, submitted a request to the Minister of Housing regarding the status of a number of beneficiaries of Justice Agency housing, who have paid all the financial installments owed to them according to the established procedures, but they are still waiting to be summoned to complete the procedures for issuing contracts with the notary.
The parliamentarian informed the minister of a “state of anxiety and preoccupation” among those concerned, requesting that “the necessary instructions” be given to the relevant departments in order to speed up the completion of this process and enable the beneficiaries to conclude their contracts as soon as possible.
The representative considered granting ownership contracts to housing owners who had paid their dues, as a consecration of their rights and an end to the state of waiting that had been prolonged despite their fulfillment of all required financial obligations.
