Rama accuses the Government of excluding him from the forum for the “Mediterranean Games 2030”: This is the governing mentality of Albin Kurti

The mayor of Prishtina, Përparim Rama, has accused the Government of Albin Kurti of having requested his exclusion from the list of speakers at the forum “Road to 2030: Kosovo on the Mediterranean Stage”, organized by the European Investors Council (EIC).
Through a post on Facebook, Rama said that, despite the fact that Prishtina is the host city of the “Mediterranean Games 2030”, he was not included among the speakers at the forum, according to him, at the direct request of the Ministry of Sports.
Rama described this as a “political decision” and “pressure on the organizers”, denying that it is a matter of protocol.
“This is the governing mentality of Albin Kurti, where even a project of international proportions is tried to be filtered through party interest and political control”, wrote Rama.
He has criticized the fact that a forum dedicated to coordination, partnership and investments for the year 2030, according to him, is accompanied by the exclusion of the mayor of the host city from the floor.
“The Mediterranean Games are not a party instrument of Vetevendosje. Prishtina 2030 is not the political property of anyone”, declared Rama.
The Mayor of Prishtina has said that, even if Prime Minister Kurti can influence the list of speakers, the “Prishtina 2030” project is greater than political interests.
