CAAPUCÚ. A member of the National Police lost his life and another person was injured after the overturn of a car that occurred this Tuesday afternoon on a local road of the Chararã company in this district, department of Paraguarí. According to reports, the driver tried to avoid a pothole and lost control of the vehicle.
The fatal victim was identified as Ramón Troadio Samaniego Cabaña38 years old, non-commissioned officer inspector of the National Police, who served at the 12th Metropolitan Police Station of Asunción.
The accident occurred at 3:40 p.m. on a public road located about 50 meters from route PY01, in the vicinity of the Charara company. The uniformed man was traveling in a car. Ford Focus black, with registration BBN 256.
As a companion he was Felipe Ramón Miño Aguilar27 years old, a day laborer residing in the Rincón company in the city of Quyquyhó, who suffered injuries and was helped by emergency teams.

After the accident they went to the scene volunteer firefighters from Caapucú and Quiindywho carried out the rescue and assistance tasks. Likewise, agents of the Criminalistics Departmentthe forensic doctor and representatives of the Quiindy Zonal Prosecutor’s Office for the rigorous procedures.
According to the police report, the passenger, Felipe Ramón Miño, reported that the driver tried to bypass a pothole and lost control of the vehicle.
The body of the fatal victim was inspected by a forensic doctor and the probable cause of death was diagnosed as closed polytrauma of the face and skull with bursting of internal organs. He body of the inspector non-commissioned officer was subjected to the required legal procedures before being handed over to his relatives.
