JCI Senator Dorothy Peters Nicholls has been appointed chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Port Authority Board.
Her appointment was welcomed by JCI Antigua, which praised her dedication to public service and leadership.
“Your appointment reflects your dedication to public service, strong leadership, and unwavering commitment to the development of Antigua and Barbuda,” the organization said.
Rohan P. Hector was appointed as a commissioner and deputy chairman of the board.
Dr. Troy Allen, Senator Sheella Govia and Dijon Browne were also appointed as commissioners.
Allen thanked Prime Minister Gaston Browne and the Cabinet for his appointment.
The appointments were celebrated at Government House on Tuesday morning.
