The official opening ceremonies of the first edition of the National Content Creators Festival were held on Thursday, October 22, in the state of Tlemcen, extending from October 21 to 25, 2026, under the slogan: “Purposeful Creativity and Awareness.”
The occasion witnessed a telephone intervention by the Minister of Youth in charge of the Supreme Youth Council, Mustafa Hidawi, according to what the ministry reported.
According to the same source, the festival aims to “employ digital creativity to serve society, through two main axes: combating and preventing the scourge of drugs, and strengthening the national spirit and preserving collective memory by encouraging young people to produce creative and responsible content that contributes to spreading awareness and consolidating the values of citizenship, belonging, and pride in national identity.”
