Muscat: Police Coast Guard unit of Musandam Governorate Police Command arrested nine Asian nationals aboard a fishing boat near the coast of the Wilayat of Dibba while attempting to enter the Sultanate of Oman illegally.
The individuals were taken into custody, and legal procedures are being completed against them.
In another incident, the Royal Oman Police’s air wing carried out a medical evacuation of a citizen who suffered a critical health crisis in one of the mountainous areas in the Yaqa region of the Al Rustaq region. He was shifted to the Rustaq hospital in the wilayat.
