The spokesperson of Nimroz police headquarters Maulvi Gul Mohammad “Qadar” told Bakhtar Agency that this incident occurred due to a collision between a Mazda and a 580 car in the area of the 3rd operational battalion’s Spin camp on the Zaranj-Dalaram highway.
According to him, one person lost his life and eight others were injured in this incident.
He added that according to the preliminary information, the cause of the accident has been shown to be carelessness of the car driver.
The spokesperson of the Nimroz Police Command says that the injured have been taken to a nearby health center for treatment by the personnel of the said battalion.
