Cleveland basketball players beat Toronto 125:120 at home and took a 3:2 lead in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
The most responsible for Cleveland’s victory were Dennis Schrueder, who scored 11 of his 19 points in the last quarter, while Evan Mobley hit two key three-pointers in the fourth quarter and finished the match with 23 points.
James Harden contributed to the victory of the Cavaliers with 23 points, while Donovan Mitchell added 19.
In the team Darko Rajaković the best was ARJ Barrett with 25 points and 12 rebounds, Jacoby Walter added 20, and Jamal Sheed added 18 points.
This series now returns to Toronto and the next match is scheduled for the night between Friday and Saturday.
Houston defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 99:93 away from home and thus reduced the score to 2:3 in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs.
