More than 6,500 people have registered to take the Danish citizenship test at some 46 language centers around Denmark on June 3rd, the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (Siri), has said.
The tests, which will take place between 1pm and 1.45pm, will consist of 45 multiple-choice questions that need to be answered within 45 minutes.
The questions cover Danish society, Danish culture and history, and Danish values, with 35 taken from information included in the preparatory material the agency publishes for those taking the test.

Five of the remaining ten questions concern recent topics covered in the Danish media and five are on Danish values, covering issues like freedom of expression, equality, or the relationship between religion and politics.
To pass the test, participants need to answer at least 36 of the 45 questions correctly and get four out of five questions on Danish values correct.

The test is prepared internally at Siri and then quality assured by external experts. After the test takes place, the test and the correct answers will be published on Siri.dk and DanskogPrøver.dk.
Anyone who wants to become a Danish citizen must first pass the test.
