The purpose of the round table was to present the findings of the latest SIGMA/OECD analysis, as well as to enable the exchange of experiences with countries from European Union and the region.
At the same time, a discussion was opened on reducing the number of administrative disputes and improving the execution of final court decisions.
Minchev informed that the Ministry continues with activities for more effective application of the Law on the General Administrative Procedure, through enhanced supervision, better coordination and introduction of practical tools, with an emphasis on digitization and education.
