Mexican authorities report 17 shooting threats in educational centers in Nuevo León, without finding any real risks after inspections.
State authorities report this April 24 that they are responding to reports in schools in Monterrey, Juárez, San Nicolás de los Garza, García, Guadalupe, Pesquería, Santa Catarina and Linares, where they located threatening messages written on walls.
According to the Prosecutor’s Office, agents and specialized units inspect the campuses with the support of canines, without detecting dangerous devices or suspicious people, while reinforcing security after recent violent events in the country.
