At tonight’s session of the Executive Committee of VMRO-DPMNE, the spokesperson of the Government, Marija Miteva, was elected as the president of the Union of Women of the party.
“I will be a president who will listen, unite and work. I am guided by the conviction that the biggest changes do not begin when someone gives us an opportunity, but when we accept the responsibility that opportunity brings,” Miteva wrote on social networks, thanking the president of VMRO-DPMNE and the Executive Committee for the trust shown in her to lead the Union of Women of VMRO-DPMNE.
At the same session, Todor Konevski was elected as the new president of the Union of Young Forces of VMRO-DPMNE in place of Sergey Popov.
With these decisions, VMRO-DPMNE completes the personnel changes in the two important party structures, the Union of Women and the Union of Young Forces.
