In the ceremony organized for this purpose, Sheikh Al-Hadith Maulvi Abdul Hadi Fazli, head of the Ulama Council of Maidan Wardago, said that the construction of mosques on highways is an important need for travelers.
He said that the mosque was built on three acres of land, which has a capacity of 170 for men and 130 for women.
Also, separate toilets for men and women, hot and cold water system, separate rooms for the imam, muezzin and servant, kitchen, car parking area and solar power system for lighting have been built.
At the same time, the Deputy Minister of Public Works Maulvi Muhammad Ismail Ghaznavi said that the construction of mosques for travelers on highways is an important need and he is trying to provide more facilities to the people through the construction and reconstruction of roads, bridges, mosques and other transport infrastructures throughout the country.
It is worth noting that in the last few days, a number of other big projects have been completed and put into use in Saidabad district of Maidan Wardago province.
