Lieutenant General Saïd Changriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, supervised the installation of Brigadier General Noureddine Maache as Central Director of Army Security.
A statement by the Ministry of Defense stated that Lieutenant General Saïd Changriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, supervised today, Monday, September 28, 2026, the official installation of Brigadier General Nour Eddine Maash, as Central Director of Army Security.
The ministry said in a statement: “In the name of the President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, and in accordance with the presidential decree dated September 22, 2026, Brigadier General Nour El-Din Maash was officially appointed as Central Director of Army Security, succeeding Brigadier General Abbas Ibrahim.
Accordingly, I order you to work under his authority, obey his orders, and carry out his instructions in accordance with what is dictated in the interest of service, in embodiment of the applicable military rules and regulations and the laws of the Republic, and in fulfillment of the sacrifices of our righteous martyrs and in perpetuation of the values of our glorious revolution.”
