Pyongyang, June 18 (KCNA) — Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, on June 12 sent a congratulatory message to Prince Abdul Mateen upon his appointment as the foreign minister of Brunei Darussalam.
