Following the announcement of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz as the first step in response to the continued aggression of the Zionist regime in Lebanon, an Iranian official told the Al-Mayadeen network that the Islamic Republic will not abandon its friends in Lebanon under any circumstances.
Al-Mayadeen network quoted a high-ranking Iranian political security source as saying that the Islamic Republic will never leave its friends in Lebanon alone.
He said that the United States has not fulfilled its commitment to Lebanon and this issue is “totally unacceptable” from Tehran’s point of view.
This Iranian official emphasized that “the field and diplomacy work perfectly in harmony with each other.”
The mentioned source warned at the end that “the available opportunity is very limited and specific.”
Following the announcement of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz by the central headquarters of Khatam al-Anbia and taking the next steps in the event of continued Israeli aggression against Lebanon, the authorities of the Zionist regime announced the suspension of the army’s operations in southern Lebanon.
Israel’s Channel 12 announced that Netanyahu and Katz (War Minister of this regime) have ordered the army to stop all operations in southern Lebanon without withdrawing from the occupied positions.
The central headquarters of Hazrat Khatam al-Anbiya announced a few hours ago: In view of the clear violation and breach of agreement by the United States regarding the non-implementation of the first paragraph of the memorandum of understanding on the end of the war and in response to the ceaseless and continuous violation of the ceasefire by the Zionist regime in southern Lebanon, the Strait of Hormuz will be closed to vessel traffic.
