Bishkek (AKIpress) – According to the production calendar for 2026, May holidays are established in Kyrgyzstan.
May 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 are declared non-working days.
In addition, May 5 is the Constitution Day of the Kyrgyz Republic, and May 9 is Victory Day. These dates are also non-working dates.
Moreover, May 9 in 2026 falls on a day off (Saturday). In accordance with the new Labor Code, the transfer of holidays to working days is not provided.
Thus, Kyrgyzstanis will rest for 10 days in a row – from May 1 to May 10 inclusive.
