The National Retirement Fund (CNR) announced the launch of a new digital service for the benefit of its members, embodying the directives of the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security related to accompanying members and responding to their concerns.
The Fund explained in a statement that the new service is the “Virtual Responder” (Chatbot), which is available through the Fund’s official website www.cnr.dz, as part of continuing its ambitious program to develop remote services and promote digital transformation.
It provides retirees, people with rights, and various beneficiaries the ability to inquire about information related to the national retirement system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The “Virtual Respondent” service relies on a database that includes ready-made answers to the most frequently asked and expected questions, allowing the user to obtain the information he needs quickly and easily, without waiting or having to travel to local agencies.
This step, according to the Fund, comes within the framework of its efforts to bring correct information closer to retirees and improve the quality of public service, in addition to contributing to saving time and effort and reducing travel to agency headquarters.
The launch of the “Virtual Respondent” also aims to enhance remote communication channels and enable respondents to ask their inquiries and obtain answers at any time and from anywhere.
