“Historical disgrace. The Republic of Artsakh was dispossessed.
According to the decision published today by the President of the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia, the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia was satisfied and the state registration of the property rights of the Republic of Artsakh to the building of the Artsakh representation was declared invalid.
I remind you that the judge refused to involve the Republic of Artsakh as a third party in the case, in the context of which I had to represent the interests of the Republic of Artsakh on behalf of another registered legal entity.
I have never had such an unreasonable and absurd court act.
I will appeal the decision to the Administrative Appeals Court of the Republic of Armenia.”
