After clog dancing and lambs, King and Queen departpublished at 19:40 BST 30 April

The clog dancers of the Bull Run Cloggers put on their own royal variety show.
Their royal audience watch for a while, having posed for cute photos with lambs. It’s all one big photo opportunity really, but Front Royal’s people are loving their moment in the sun.
The King does a couple of walkabouts, shaking hands with enthusiastic crowd members. He’s very good at that type of easy chat and it seems to energise him.
Then the King and Queen get back into another vast convoy of oversized black cars and roll away, sirens wailing.
For this trip, job done.
