Today, Friday, the national voter, Ibrahim Hamdani, decided to release both striker Anis Haj Moussa and midfielder Adam Zarqan from the “Greens” squad.
According to a statement by the Algerian Football Federation, the decision to dismiss the two players came after it was confirmed that the duo was absent from the friendly match with Niger due to injury.
The FAF statement added that Hajj Musa suffers from a mild injury that he suffered during the first match of the qualifiers against Zambia.
As for Adam Zarqan, he was injured during the second match against Burundi.
After leaving the national team, the two players will join their clubs to continue treatment.
