Gulf News | Khalid bin Abdullah: The king’s speech is a covenant document to fortify the home front

Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa affirmed that the national contents of the speech that His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country, directed to the media, represent a renewed covenant document and a decisive roadmap to fortify the home front and enhance national cohesion in the face of all challenges targeting the security and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain, foremost of which is the sinful and blatant Iranian aggression, which comes as an extension of an unsurprising history that has continued to export chaos throughout the past decades. And evil and perpetuating outright hostility towards the Kingdom of Bahrain and the countries of the region.

Gulf News | Stressing that the King’s speech to the media reflects the wisdom of leadership and the depth of the national vision.. Minister of Interior: The security, sovereignty and stability of the nation are foundations that cannot be compromised.

He stated that His Majesty’s speech had put the dots on the letters with his firm assertion that Bahrain’s sovereignty was an inviolable red line, explaining that the brutal Iranian aggression had failed in the face of the solidity of the national will, and had clearly revealed the intentions of those who chose to become dependent on the outside world and conspire against their homeland.

The Deputy Prime Minister pointed out that the royal indication that the Kingdom of Bahrain is a trust in the hands of all its people carries with it deep paternal connotations that embody the overflowing heart of His Majesty, of sincere love and great concern for his country and its people, as His Majesty places in the heart of the wise leader and merciful father this precious trust in the hands of his loyal children out of confidence in their national awareness and motivating them to be loyal guardians of the capabilities of this pure soil. And its invaluable gains.

He noted that the government, headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, places the royal directives in various situations and circumstances at the top of its permanent priorities in order to translate them into a tangible reality that protects the path of goodness and development, and preserves the national gains that were achieved thanks to the insightful visions of His Majesty through the reform project that laid the foundations and foundations of the state of institutions and law.

The Deputy Prime Minister praised the military and security systems and the supporting civilian sectors, which are among the most prominent and important fruits of His Majesty’s project, expressing great pride and appreciation for the high readiness and complete vigilance enjoyed by the nation’s protectors, stressing at the same time that these loyal national armies have clearly demonstrated their superior professionalism in standing as an impenetrable barrier to preserve the Kingdom’s sovereignty and ward off all the dangers that are desperately trying to undermine our stability and gains.

He stressed that national responsibility in times of adversity and crises does not accept hesitation or taking half-hearted positions. It is either a clear and sincere patriotic alignment with the leadership and the nation’s highest interest, or bias towards its enemies, indicating that good citizenship is evident in clear positions that do not accept equivocation when it comes to defending the kingdom’s capital.

He added that the precision of the current stage doubles the importance of integrating the efforts of all constitutional institutions to be inspired by these lofty meanings, and to continue carrying out their usual national responsibilities with all impartiality and sincerity, so that they always remain the true expression of the free will of the loyal Bahraini people, and the impregnable shield that preserves the unity of ranks and protects the capabilities of the nation.

He pointed out that the Kingdom of Bahrain will always remain a home for free and responsible opinion, praising in this regard the prominent national role played by media and journalistic institutions, both official and private, in strengthening unity and deepening societal cohesion, stressing that this freedom inevitably stops at the limits of constants and the highest interest of the nation, which can never be used as an excuse to create chaos, attack the capabilities of an entire people, or deviate from the national consensus to become a discordant voice.

He concluded his statement by affirming that Bahrain will remain proud and resistant to all those who harbor evil against it thanks to the awareness of its people and their sincere cohesion, praying to God Almighty to protect His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and to grant the Kingdom and its loyal people the blessing of security, safety, stability and prosperity.
